1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the CandleVisuals website and video ad creation services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

CandleVisuals provides video advertisement creation services for candle and home fragrance brands. Our services include:

  • Single Video: 1 short video ad (15–30s), delivered within 48 hours.
  • Spark Pack: 3 short video ads (15–30s), delivered within 72 hours.
  • Glow Pack: 8 short video ads (15–30s), delivered within 5 business days.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of order via PayPal.
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. However, once an order is placed, the agreed price is final.
  • By completing a purchase, you authorize us to begin work on your video ads.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines begin after we receive your completed order and all necessary materials (product photos, brand info).
  • We aim to deliver within the stated timeframe but cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors outside our control.
  • Completed videos will be delivered via email or a secure download link.

5. Revisions

Each package includes reasonable revisions to ensure your satisfaction. Major changes to the creative direction after production begins may incur additional charges.

6. Refund Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with the final deliverables, we will work with you to make it right.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If work has already been completed, a partial refund may be offered.
  • No refunds will be issued after you have approved and downloaded the final videos.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered video ads for your brand's marketing purposes.
  • CandleVisuals reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
  • You must have the rights to all brand assets, logos, and product images you provide to us.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate brand information and product materials.
  • Delays in providing required materials may extend the delivery timeline.
  • You confirm that you have the legal right to use all content (images, logos, text) provided to us.

9. Limitation of Liability

CandleVisuals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
